  • No jewellery whatsoever – this includes cotton ‘holiday’ bracelets/anklets
  • Hair to be tied up securely before entering the gym
  • The use of phones whilst in the gym is prohibited (phones to be kept in the bucket)
  • Gymnasts must arrive on time – late entries will not be able to gain access

Parents

  • Ensure that all sessions are paid-up one month in advance
  • Re-register with British Gymnastics when requested
  • Drop off children on time, access will not be possible if more than 5 minutes late
  • It is the Parent/Carers responsibility to inform us of any special medical conditions at the point of booking, or if they should arise, this includes behavioural disorders.
  • Parents must pick up their child(ren) on time, we do not have the resources to spare a coach to wait at the gym exit for late collections.
  • Any concerning issues will be reported to parents/carers. This includes bullying, repeated lateness, unauthorised absence, poor attitude, repeatedly breaking any rules in the Participant Code of Conduct or a sudden change in personality.
  • Please let us know if your child is unable to attend a session.
  • If parents are concerned about any welfare issues they must firstly report to the Head coach Michelle or contact our Child Welfare Officer ‘Olga Berzing’ on 07921 823513 or email her on olga@lobatch.com for safeguarding reporting information.

Covid 19 rules

  • Answer all Health questions honestly

  • Do not ask questions or engage coaches in conversation at the door whilst letting children in and out. All queries need to be aimed at the Head Coach – Michelle – via email help@kingfishergym.club or telephone 020 3610 0522
  • Children are not permitted to change at the gym therefore they must be ready to take part in the session upon arrival. They will put all their belongings into a blue bucket which they will keep with them throughout the session.
